Carol Ayton grew up near the Congo border on the Copperbelt in Zambia. She went to school in Zimbabwe and then studied Art at the University of Cape Town.
Several years of art teaching and exhibiting in Cape Town were followed by a move to Hertfordshire in England where Carol has now settled.
